FAQ

A few things worth clarifying.

Which product should I choose?

Choose Cloud for GPU resources, Models for direct model API access, Factory for a dedicated environment, and Hub for multi-model routing and governance. Products can be combined.

Are prices and GPU availability fixed?

Pricing, available regions, GPU models and delivery schedules depend on the selected service and confirmed project requirements. The product guides describe the available commercial models.

How are data boundaries handled?

Private deployments are scoped to the customer’s requirements. Data location, permissions and audit requirements are agreed in the contract.

Does the website issue API keys?

Service onboarding and trial access are arranged with the SIKUMO team. This website provides product information and downloadable planning materials.
